Go Suck a Bug!

Bug collecting tube and vial

Ever wonder how entomologists collect really little bugs, too small for a net? With an insect aspirator, or bug sucker, of course! Place the business end of the aspirator near your quarry and take a quick toke on the other end and, if all goes right, the bug ends up in a little vial in between. If all doesn’t go as planned, a light protein snack! Battery-operated versions also available.
